Evelyn P. Wilson


Evelyn P. Wilson, 78, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother went to see our heavenly Father on April 19, 2008 at 4:30 AM at the Ohio Masonic Home after a long illness.

She was born on February 21, 1930 in Rome, Ohio, the daughter of the late Rush Bevins and Jenny Turner Bevins.

She was a long time member of the First Pentecostal Church of God. Evelyn worked as a machinist at Robbins and Myers for 42 years from which she retired.

She is survived by her three children, daughter, Linda Everhart and husband Kenneth of Lebanon, Ohio; son, David R. Wilson and wife Cindy of Aurora, Colorado; daughter, Teresa Perkins of Springfield, Missouri. She has five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

For those who wish to join the family in remembering Evelyn, funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Barney Riffle officiating. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery.
