Julia Taylor


Julia Taylor, 81, of Springfield, died 12:06 p.m. Monday, January 21, 2008 in Mercy Medical Center.

She was born February 22, 1926 in Knox County, KY to Jeff and Ellen (Gray) Messer.

Julia is survived by 4 children, Martha (Bernard) Ewers, Diana Taylor, Roger (Mary) Taylor and Max Dale Taylor all of Springfield; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Lucy Turner, Springfield, Kathleen Messer and Carrie Boyd, Las Vegas, NV; a brother, John (Twyla) Messer, Springfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME with family receiving friends one-hour prior in the funeral home. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.
