Treva V. Seegraves


Treva V. Seegraves, of Springfield, passed away on Monday, September 10, 2007 at Community Hospital.

She was born to Robert and Maggie (Pittman) Randolph on February 1, 1924.

She is preceded in death by her parents; 4 brothers; 1 sister; and 1 son. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, William Seegraves; 1 daughter, Virginia (Earl) Garrett of Springfield; 2 sons, William (Linda) Seegraves of Tennessee and Thomas (Roxanne) Seegraves of Springfield; 1 sister, Polly Page of Tennessee; 4 grandchildren, Lisa (Pat) Williams, Tim Garrett, Chad Garrett, and Kristin Seegraves; 3 great grandchildren, Virginia Seifert, Ashley Garrett and Nicholas Garrett; and many numerous nieces and nephews.

Treva was a devoted Christian who was a member of East High St. Church of Christ and was also a member of the VFW Women's Auxillary.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2007 from 11AM-1PM at Jackson Lytle Williams Funeral Home - Springfield. A graveside service will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery at 1:30PM. Pastor Phil Grear officiating.
