Alice Marie Smith


Alice Marie Smith, 59 of Warsaw, OH, formerly of Springfield, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2008 at the Coshocton Memorial Hospital.

She was born February 27, 1949 in Springfield, the daughter of the late Frank & Jean (McDonald) Smith.

She was a member of the St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Preceded in death by 2 sisters Frances Rose and Nancy Smith. Survivors include her sister Jane OMalley and husband Mike of Clarksville, TN, brother-in-law Terry Rose of Hurst, TX, 3 nephews Ross Dorman, and Ryan & Shawn OMalley, great niece Tara Dorman, great nephew Adam Dorman and other family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 from the Jones Kenney Zechman Funeral Home, Springfield. Rev. Donnis Meek officiating. Burial Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Echoing Hills Residential Center, 36272 County Rd. 79, Warsaw, OH 43844 or to the National MS Society, P O Box 4527, New York, NY 10163.
