Donald E. Pryor


Donald E. Pryor, 48, of Springfield, passed away at 6:10 PM Monday, October 15, 2007 in Mercy Medical Center.

He was born January 16, 1959 in Springfield, the son of Charles and Betty (Erlewine) Pryor. Donald enjoyed working on old cars and will always be remembered as a very friendly man.

Survivors include his wife; Betty Lou (Wilson) Pryor, three daughters; Regina Pryor (Talon Mattox) , Colleen (James) Smith and Sara Wilson all of Springfield; four grand children: Alashia, Kyle, Brendston and Shiann; brothers and sisters; Charles (Mary Ellen ) Pryor , Springfield, William ( Julie ) Pryor, Urbana, Brad (Teresa) Pryor, Jeffrey Pryor, Teresa (Dennis) Rheubert, Lonnie (Violet) Pryor all of Springfield; several nieces and nephews and many good friends.

He was preceded in death by a son Kevin Pryor, a sister Ann Rodriguez, a brother Ronnie Pryor and his parents.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Rick Clos officiating. Friends may visit with the family for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Somerford Cemetery.
