Sofus Miller


Sofus Miller, 93, of Springfield, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2007.

He was born on September 10, 1914 in Fredrikshaven, Denmark the son of Otto and Katherine (Hansen) Miller.

Mr. Miller was an Engineer at C.E. Bauer for over twenty-five years. During his career he was involved with sales and foreign licensees.

He is survived by his wife of fifty-two years, Tine (Schuwer) Miller of Springfield, daughter and son-in-law, Ingrid and Stephen Sides of Fairfax, Virginia, son, Eric Miller of Los Gatos, California, five grandchildren: Kirsten, Michael, and Camille Sides, and Connor and Madison Miller, and one brother, Ivan Miller of Denmark.

Honoring his wishes no services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 15 S. Plum St., Springfield, OH 45501. The family is being served by the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME.
