Betty L. McClanahan


Betty L. McClanahan, 82, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2007 in the Southbrook Care Center.

She was born on December 25, 1924 in Hillsboro, Ohio the daughter of George W. and Virginia (Neu) Maynard. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Peggy McClanahan of Springfield, one daughter, Barbara Wildman of Springfield, one brother and sister-in-law, Sam and Alice Maynard of Springfield, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, William Edward, three sisters, and one brother.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 21, 2007 at 11:00 am in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME with visitation one hour prior to the time of service. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Burial Park.
