Dian C. Leslie


Dian C. Leslie, of Springfield passed peacefully from this life on Friday, October 19, 2007, following a battle with cancer.

She was born on September 14, 1941 in Springfield the daughter of Paul W. DeMoss Sr., and Gwelda M. (Dingeldein) DeMoss. Dian was a very dear wife, mother, and grandmother and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her mother Gwelda DeMoss who resides at the Forest Glen Health Campus in Springfield; sons; Perry (Danielle) Roeser of Springfield, Rod (Mitzi) Roeser of Charlotte, NC., and Mike (Kimy) Hawk of Springfield, step-daughter Trish Leslie (Charles) Ferguson of Springfield, brother Paul (Sue) DeMoss Jr. of Findlay and many cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband Dillard L. Leslie Sr., her father Paul DeMoss Sr., grandson Justin Roeser, nephew Jeff DeMoss and several aunts and uncles.

The family to receive friends Monday, October 22, 2007 from 5 to 7pm at the JACKSON LYTLE WILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME 2425 N. Limestone St. Funeral service 11:00am Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church with Rev. Daniel M. Powell officiating. Burial will follow in the Ferncliff Cemetery.
