Mary H. Johnson


Mary H. Johnson, 84, formerly of Springfield, passed away at 10:25 PM Tuesday, December 18, 2007 in Heartland of Hillsboro.

She was born September 10, 1923 in Seaman, Ohio the daughter of Floyd and Cora ( Tumbleson) Smith.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband Walter L. "Curly" Johnson, April 2, 1990,and two sisters Gladys Kinnett and Dorothy Hughes.

Survivors include a niece Janet (Lloyd) Palmer of Hillsboro, a nephew Gary Hughes of Bainbridge, a great niece Chrystal Morris of Springfield and three great nephews: Timothy V. (Paige) Palmer of Hillsboro, John K. Hughes of Miamisburg, and Gary L. Hughes II of South Carolina.

There will be no visitation. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday in Enon Cemetery with burial to follow. Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
