James L. Dennin


James L. Dennin, 65, of South Vienna, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on April 29, 2008.

He was born on February 10, 1943, son of James and Leona Dennin.

He was a retiree from Clark County Engineer's since 2000. In his retirement he loved to play golf with his kids, his best buddy Sparky and all of his friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father.

He is survived by his loving wife Connie Dennin of 43 years; 3 devoted children, Jimmy (Rhonda) Dennin, Rodney (Peggy) Dennin and Lisa (Ron) Gragg; 6 grandchildren, Amanda (Seth) Thomas, Nikki (Robbie) Spitler, Rodney, Josh and Sam Dennin and Brittney Gragg; 1 great-grandchild, Wyatt Spitler; 2 brothers Carl (Mary) Dennin of Indiana and Norris Dennin of Springfield; several aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters-in-law, many cousins and nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by all.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2, 2008 from 1-3 PM at JACKSON LYTLE & WILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME - SPRINGFIELD, with funeral service at 3 PM. Reverend Gene Kelly officiating. Interment to follow at Vernon Asbury Cemetery
