Vickie Lynn Bishop


Vickie Lynn (Manning) Bishop, 51, of Springfield left his life after a three year illness on Monday, April 16, 2007 in the Southbrook Care Center.

She was born August 21, 1955 in Charleston, West Virginia, the daughter of George Herman Jr. and Helen (Arthur) Manning.

Survivors include her loving husband of ten years, Ralph Bishop; one daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and T. J. Vanek; one son and daughter-in-law, John and Azure White; one sister and brother-in-law, Harriet and Mark Vice; three grandchildren, Alex and Kailyn Vanek and Kendalyn White; three nephews, James, Adam and Aaron Vice; and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Thursday, April 19, 2007 from 6-7 p.m. in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME.

A memorial service will begin at 7 p.m. with Pastor Craig Grammer officiating.
