Lucille G. Brooks


Lucille G. Brooks, 86, of Springfield died at 5:15 a.m. Monday April 2, 2007 in Eaglewood Care Center.

She was born January 10, 1921 in Lawrenceburg, IN. She is a member of St. Mary Church, Urbana, Ohio and also attends St. Bernard Church. She is a 1943 graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

Survivors include her husband of sixty-three years Carleton F. Brooks, five children and spouses Mary Jo and Richard Reding, Arlington, VA; James and Anne Brooks, Dayton, Ohio; Barbara and Robert Kitchen, Joseph and Rita Brooks all of Springfield; John and Misty Brooks, Huber Heights, Ohio; sister Lelia Russell, Cincinnati, Ohio; seven grandchildren one great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday in St. Bernard Church. Entombment will be in St. Bernard Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations may be made to St. Bernard Church. Arrangements by Conroy Funeral Home.
