John A. Boster


John A. Boster, 68, of Springfield, died at 7:05 a.m. Saturday, April 5, 2008 in Springfield Regional Medical Center.

He was born October 19, 1939 in Springfield, OH to Charles C. and Mabel L. (Orahood) Boster, Sr..

John was self-employed as an auto body repairman for several years.

Survivors include 2 sisters and spouses, Charlotte and Don Ryman, Springfield, Cora Mae and Dale Spence, Phoenix, AZ; a brother and spouse, Charles C. and Maggie Boster, Jr., Springfield; and numerous nieces and nephews. A sister, Betty Louise Skidmore, preceded him.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in the Chapel at Ferncliff Cemetery with Rev. Ken Whitt of First Baptist Church officiating. The family will receive friends ½ hour prior to the service. Conroy Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
