Errolyn Blaze (Carrie Moore)


Errolyn Blaze (Carrie Moore), 32, of South Charleston, passed away at 7:45 AM Monday, November 10, 2008 in her residence. She was born July 8, 1976 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia the daughter of Thomas Moore and Sharry (Smith ) Long.

Survivors include her mother; Sharry Long of South Charleston, her father; Thomas Moore of Patriot, Ohio, two nephews Khrizdon VanHoose and Devohn Johnson and several aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her sister Amy Moore.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Rick Clos officiating. Friends may visit with the family for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Garlough Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
