Phyllis Jean Weaver


Phyllis Jean Weaver, 69, of Springfield, passed away at 3:45 AM Wednesday, October 31, 2007 in Villa Springfield.

She was born January 10, 1938 in South Vienna, Ohio the daughter of Elmer and Donna (Earley) Potts.

Phyllis was a member of the Neil Chapter Order of Eastern Star and was very active with the Special Olympics. She had been employed at Four Seasons Heating and Air, the K. of P. Home and the Odd Fellows Home.

Survivors include her children; Gene (Tina) Weaver, Franklin, Ohio, Eric Weaver, Columbus, Ohio, Elizabeth (Tim) LaVelle, Michael (Michelle) Baugh, Tammy Gallmeyer all of Springfield, and Mandi Weaver, Franklin, Ohio; eight grand children, five great grand children, one sister Mary (John) Colvin, one brother Don Potts all of Springfield, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas C. Weaver, August 24, 2005 and her parents.

Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 PM Friday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday in the funeral home with Junior Bartley officiating. Burial will follow in Myers Cemetery.
