Connie Mae Salyer


Connie Mae Salyer, 61, of Springfield, passed away at 8:00 AM Sunday, October 28, 2007 in Villa Springfield.

She was born July 27, 1946 in Gallipolis, the daughter of William and Pauline (Vititoe) O'Brien.

Survivors include her husband Raymond Salyer, three children; Vickie Smith, Kimberly Dennin and Randy Salyer all of Springfield, two grand children; Paul Smith and Jennifer Stanton, four brothers; William (Charlotte) O'Brien, Mechanicsburg, Ronald (Kathy) O'Brien, Charles O'Brien, Springfield, Richard (Debra) O'Brien, Urbana, two sisters; her twin sister Bonnie (Roy) Raines, Piketon, Elaine Paul, Springfield, several nieces and nephews and long time friend Norris Dennin, Springfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three daughters Donna, Lori and Misti Dawn and a grand daughter Heather Smith.

Friends may visit with the family from 5 until 8 PM Thursday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday in the funeral home with Pastor Kathy Clos officiating. Burial will follow in Newcomers Cemetery.
