Homer Steven Reffett


Homer Steven Reffett, 56, of Springfield died Wednesday, November 19, 2008 in his residence. He was born in Dennison, Ohio on August 9, 1952, the son of Homer and Martha Isabelle (Betts) Reffett.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Tina Taylor; and step brother Alvin Myers.

He loved taking walks and riding his bike.

Steve is survived by one son Stevie Reffett and one daughter Renee Taylor both of New Philadelphia; five brothers Brian Reffett and Gary Myers both of Springfield, Tyke Myers, Ronnie Myers, Dick Myers all of Dennison; two sisters Roseanne Fails of New Philadelphia and Sharon Highman of Texas; nine grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be Monday at 10:30 am in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with Rev. Orbie Estep officiating.
