Charles E. Rockwell


Charles E. Rockwell, 55, of Springfield, died March 13, 2007 in Community Hospital.

He was born August 14, 1951 in Arcadia, FL to Lawrence A. and Frances (Hunt) Rockwell. He was retired as a driver with Active USA, Inc. after 25 years of service. Charles was a member of the Union Club, Machinist Club, Moose Lodge and social member of the Amvets 189.

He is survived by 3 children, Candy (Andrew) Pratt, South Carolina, Ashley and Amanda Rockwell, Kentucky; 2 grandchildren; a sister, Kathy (Rich) Hardwick, Mt. Vernon, OH; nephew, Brad Porter; dear friend, Lorena Van Hoose; and loved by many cousins and aunts.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the Conroy Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Sharpes officiating.
