Leslie C. "Les" Null


Leslie C. "Les" Null, 65, of Springfield, passed away at 2:24 PM Thursday, November 15, 2007 in Community Hospital.

He was born October 7, 1942 in Leon, West Virginia the son of Leslie F. and Lula Belle (Saunders) Null. Mr. Null was a retired Staff Sergeant form the United States Air Force. He was a life time member of the AmVets, Rocky Fork Post 61 and a life time member of the V.F.W. #8673. He was also a member of the Moose, the Union Club, the American Legion and the Hareem Club.

Survivors include his mother Lula Belle Null of Hometown, West Virginia, his loving companion Beverly Howe, a son Robert A. (Kathryn) Null, Belle Center, Ohio, a daughter Vicki Lanum (Dion Burgess) , Mechanicsburg, grand children; Kayla and Krystal Null, Darian Lanum, twins Caitlyn and Kaylee Burgess, sister Lois (Ike) Fauber, Hurricane West Virginia, brother in law Pete Crossetti, Pickerington, Ohio and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, a sister Edna Crossetti and a brother Gary Null.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Paul Hanrahan officiating. Friends may visit with the family for one hour prior to the services. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
