Datha R. (Fligor) Nelson, 70, of Springfield, passed away at 1:20 AM Tuesday, July 3, 2007.

She was born May 8, 1937 in Lowmansville, Kentucky the daughter of Roy and Zella (Stephens) Lowe.

Survivors include four daughters: Deb and Jay Wilson, Cheri and Greg Steinmetz, Cindy Fligor and Heidi Heskett, Vicki and Dennis VanWinkle, eight grand children: Matt Snyder, Stacie Bowermeister, Lindsay (J.R.) Sharpe, Shelby Steinmetz, Jill (Andy) Metz, Emily Heskett, Rob Severs, and Adam Severs, three great grandchildren: Tyler and Chase Bowmeister and Adam Severs Jr., siblings Audrey Lyons, Grace Tombleson, Leroy Lowe, Leslie Lowe, Herbert Lowe and Verlia Sue Kuykahill and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands Jim Fligor and Bobby Nelson, her parents and siblings George Lowe, Juanita Johnson and Ireta Edwards.

Friends may call in the JONES - KENNEY - ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME from 5 until 8 PM Thursday. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM Friday in the funeral home with Pastor Rick Clos officiating.
