Else Leinasars


Else Leinasars, 94, of Springfield, died at 5:30 a.m. Saturday August 25, 2007 in the Ohio Masonic Home.

She was born June 2, 1913 in Wadendorf, East Germany to Frantz and Marie Abendroth. Else retired after more than 30 years as the custodian for the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

She is survived by 2 sons and spouses, Johann and Peggy Leinasars, Enon, OH and Edward and Shelly Leinasars, Springfield; 4 grandchildren, Tony and Lottie, Tara and Jenna Leinasars; a number of great grandchildren; and a special niece in Germany, Carmelia Filtermeister. A son, Wolfgang, preceded her in death.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Conroy Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the Elderly United.
