Hazel Hatton


Hazel Hatton, 76, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Monday October 29, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton.

She was born September 7, 1931 in Wolfe County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Curtis & Sarah Belle (Taylor) Brewer. She retired after 30 years service at Chrysler Air Temp.

She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her children, Patricia Meadows, Frieda Wheeler, Stephen Hatton, Stacy Hatton; grandchildren, Michael, Tiffany, Tara, Jamie, Ian, Sarah, Jim, Kaitlin; seven great grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Graham of Wolfe County, Gertrude Taulbee of Riverside, Ohio, Carmie Moore of Dayton, Ohio; three brothers, E.C. Brewer of Wolfe County, Kenneth Brewer Porter Brewer both of Bainbridge, Ohio; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Grover Cleveland Hatton; a son, Michael Cleveland Hatton; her sisters, Garnett Chambers, Wilima Dunn; her brothers, Arnold & Ottis Brewer.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at 5-8 p.m. Thursday November 1, 2007 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. The family would like to thank Hospice of Dayton for the loving care she received.
