Donald Edwin Gorsuch


Donald Edwin Gorsuch, 86, of Springfield died at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2008 in Heartland Nursing Home.

He was born July 2, 1921 in Springfield, OH the son of Hubert Edwin and Mary Nadine (VanGorder) Gorsuch.

He was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church and he also served as an usher for many years.

Survivors include a son Chris Gorsuch, San Diego, CA: brother and sister-in-law Hubert B. "Ben" and Sandy Gorsuch, Springfield, OH and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Ruthella in 1982, brother Paul and four sisters Mary Janice Townsend, Angela L. Groeber, June Loretta Seaman and Gloria Nadine Battey.

A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday in St. Bernard Catholic Church. Inurnment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangement by Conroy Funeral Home.
