Raymond Flint


Raymond Flint, 93, of Springfield and formerly of Terre Haute, Indiana and Cookeville, Tennessee passed away September 8, 2007 in the Ohio Masonic Home.

He was born June 17, 1914 in Terre Haute, Indiana the son of Roland and May (Holbert) Flint. Mr. Flint graduated from Garfield High School and attended Halman Rose in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Survivors include his daughter and son in law Carol and Bernie Lyons, grandson James G. Surber, grand daughter Fre-Leigh Jones and great grandson Travis Jones all of New Carlisle, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his wife Viola, his parents, one brother Lester and two sisters Mabel and Lucile. At Mr. Flint's request, his remains will be cremated and burial will be at the family's convenience.

Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
