Norma Louise Frey
Norma Louise (Burchnell) Frey, 80, of Springfield passed away Friday evening, March 30, 2007 in Good Shepherd Village.
She was born October 7, 1926 in Springfield, Ohio, the daughter of Reuben H. and Susan R. (Whaley) Burchnell. Norma was a member of the Springfield Church of Christ for several years.
Survivors include her three sons and daughter-in-law, David L. Hunter of Christiansburg, Ohio, Dale E. Hunter of Houston, Texas and Dean R. and Medonia Hunter of Springfield; one sister, Eleanor Cunningham of Springfield; one brother and sister-in-law, Don and Georgianne Burchnell of Greenville, Tennessee; eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles J. Frey; and two sisters, Marie Vanhorn and Phyllis Hines.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday, April 4, 2007 from 11 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME.
Funeral services will begin at Noon in the funeral home with Reverend Mik Surgenor officiating.
Inurnment will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
