Kiley Nicole Flax, infant daughter of Justin and Kimberly Flax of South Charleston was born prematurely October 17 at 11:29 AM and passed away October 18th at Children's Medical Center Dayton.

Survivors in addition to her parents are, her twin brother Jordan Wade Flax, Paternal Grandparents Jay and Jill Flax of South Charleston, Maternal Grandparents Tim And Mary Sheerin of Springfield, Paternal Great Grandparents, Gordon and Mary Flax of South Charleston, Phyllis Dyer of Cape Coral, Florida and Donald and Caroline Dyer of Iowa. Aunts Jenny Flax of South Charleston, Michele (Chris) Liston of London, Tessie (Rob) Watts Mechanicsburg, Tammy (Shawn) Wilson Springfield, Andrea Sheerin of South Vienna, Uncle Jeremy Flax of South Charleston, Cousins Allen Pruitt, Wade Barker, Elizabeth Tussing, Christina Liston, Sophia Wilson and many more extended family members and special friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents George and Mary Peterman, Fred and Marvine Sheerin and a special great aunt Bonita Sheerin.

Private Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family. The family asks that you keep Jordan in your thoughts and prayers during his very challenging time. Memorial donations in Kiley's name may be made to the Plattsburg United Church of Christ Memorial Fund. The family is being served by the Conroy Funeral Home.
