Janie Sigmon Davis


Janie Sigmon Davis, went to be with the Lord Friday, November 30, 2007.

She was born May 31, 1928 in Charleston, West Virginia. She had worked at Perfection Laundry and the Clark County Children's Home.

Janie was preceded in death by her husband David E. Davis, two daughters Penny Darline Sigmon and Joyce Durst.

She is survived by two sons; James Sigmon and Rick Sigmon of Springfield, one daughter Karen Walden of Mansfield, twelve grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Fletcher Chapel Cemetery
