Leo I. Cross


Leo I. Cross, age 90, passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at the Reba's House in Parrish, Florida. He was born March 8, 1918 to the late Allen and Fannie Cross in Plattsburg, Ohio.

United States WWII Army veteran; retired from Navistar after 38 years of service.

He is preceded in death by his wife, of 62 years, Ethel, son Dale W., brother, Donald, sisters; Ruth Wallace and Helen Gray.

Leo is survived by his daughter-in-law Diana Cross, grandsons; Jeffrey (Katie) Cross, Joseph (Kathy)Cross all of Springfield, great-granddaughters; Jesse Cross of Riverview, FL., Samantha Cross of Springfield, sister Annalee Simon of Long Island, NY.

Graveside service to be held 1:00pm Monday, November 10, 2008 at the Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with Rev. Walter Mock officiating.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be given in Leo's memory to Reba's House 11655 Highway 301 North Parrish, FL. 34219. Arrangements completed by the JACKSON LYTLE WILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME.
