Hattie K. Cooper
Hattie K. Cooper, of Springfield, Ohio went to be with the Lord October 19, 2008. She was born January 17, 1931 in Beaver, Ohio a daughter of Arthur and Anna (Walker) Jackson.
Mrs. Cooper leaves to cherish her memory five daughters; Sheila Upshaw, Lisa Cooper, Shanda Cooper Cheryl (Robert) Brown and Penny (Anthony) Beasley, five sons; Charles (Rose) Cooper, James (Valerie) Cooper, Gary Cooper and Gary (Gail) Cooper, a stepson; Mark Howard, daughter-in-law; Tina Cooper, son-in-law; Raymond Upshaw, sisters; Naomi Minor, Louise (Donald) Davis and Erma Jackson, 46 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, special friends; Betty Wingo and Doris Benton and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Cooper was preceded in death by her parents, sisters; Almeda Rider and Esther Jackson, brother; Wesley Jackson and her ex-husband and father of her children; Charles Cooper.
Visitation will be Friday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Church of Jesus Family Worship Center. Funeral services will follow in the church at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends at 29 W. Grand Avenue. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery.
