Greg Alan Conwell
Greg Alan Conwell, 45, of Springfield, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2008 as the result of a motorcycle accident. He was born September 16, 1962 in Portsmouth, Virginia, the son of John "Jack" Conwell and Verieda (Heaton) (Conwell) Ware.
Greg was employed at CEVA Logistics.
Survivors include his mother; Verieda Ware of Springfield, three children; Jessica Conwell (Brandon Johnson Sr.) , Erin Conwell, all of Springfield, Seth Conwell, Brookville, Ohio, two grand children; Brandon Johnson Jr. and Braylen Johnson, two brothers; Rick Conwell and Mark Conwell of Springfield, nephew; Chad Conwell, niece; Chelsi Conwell, his loving companion; Shannon Baugh and her children Jessica, Doug and Cameron and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday, in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday in the funeral home with Pastor Alan Cain officiating. Burial will follow in Vale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Community Blood Bank.
