Glenn R. Adkins


Glenn R. Adkins, 83, of North Hampton, Ohio passed away Tuesday July 1, 2008 at Community Hospital.

He was born December 16, 1924 in Moorehead, Kentucky the son of the late Charles & Flora (Quesinberry) Adkins.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII. He was a carpenter for 43 years with Local Union 104.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sarah J. (Grimm) Adkins; a son, Tim R. Adkins; two sisters, Jean Vorman of Concord, California, Carol (Mike) Bailey of Springfield, Ohio; two granddaughters and two great granddaughters; other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Kato; and a brother, Clinton Adkins.
