Then & Now - Soldier's Monument

The Soldier's Monument was erected at Memorial Park, at the northeast corner of Limestone and Columbia Streets.

The monument was moved to Ferncliff Cemetery in 1924, and is accessible by the newer entrance on West McCreight Ave.

This is the monument's former location as it looks today - next to the Post Office parking lot.
